Commit to fit! That's what my friends and I have decided will be our motto. lol. We are all trying to lose weight. It's been 3 days since I weighed in, and although I am tempted to weigh myself now, I'm going to wait until it's been a week. Hopefully then it will show some much wanted/needed results.

I was playing basketball and tennis yesterday at the park w a couple of my buddies, and let's just say we were playing for the fun of it cause none of us really have the skills for it. lol. But we were having fun and getting exercise at the same time. Hopefully the more we play, the better we will get.

Today all ive had is an avocado sprinkled with a little bit of salt. I just love avocados and I can eat them by themselves lol. I know they're high in fat, but it's good fat as far as I know. Is it bad to eat a whole avocado at once? Or do they recommend just eating a portion of it? I'm not sure....

I'm going to the store later to pick something out for dinner. Lately, I've been going to sleep hungry because my body has been used to indulging in as much food as I want (not something I'm proud of) and these past couple of days I have really been limiting myself on food. It's been a little bit of a challenge, but it hasn't been that bad. I just need to figure out what healthy foods I can eat and get full off of. I will do some research and figure it out.

We've all been there at that "not something I'm proud of" moments.. but we are all here now doing the right thing... Support and positive thinking will get us through.. Best of luck to ya...
