Day 6 of 4 weeks to shred challenge

Hi Shaheryar- I am following this workout routine and nutrition plan: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/kris-gethins-4-weeks2shred It is very intense, which is one of the reasons I've been losing weight pretty rapidly. However, it is also because I put on a lot of weight. At my starting weight, I was probably 100 lbs overweight. So losing 20 lbs by starting to eat healthy and workout 10x more than I had in the past 6 months leads to pretty quick results. I anticipate that as I start to close in on my goal weight, the progress will be more tedious. The reality is that the heavier your are, the easier it is to lost weight. So I wouldn't worry about trying to match my results; it all depends on where you're starting and where you want to end.
