One jar of peanut butter = 2 1/4lb ... just saying! I enjoyed every finger licking mouthful and it was Christmas, so onwards and up(down)wards. My scales however are being a little weird, I seem to be 145 3/4lb after a fast day and non fast days, so not sure if they are on their way out, but anyway I will persist and see how this week goes. I only have one more larger meal to contend with and that's on New Year's Day, so back to normality soon.
145.7 lb Lost so far: 0.3 lb.    Still to go: 5.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Could be due to salt in peanut butter? You'll get a better picture in a few days time. You're doing well!

Good thinking, I hadn't thought of that Heidi, I will be patient with the scales and tbh I have been drinking tons of fluids, so salt could be affecting me. I might do a pre New Year weigh in as an extra, to see how I am progressing.
