Wow, Walmart's AI is impressive. I forgot my bags. I think I had about 12 items. I grabbed the scan gun and scanned my cart like usual. As my wife and I walked out, the alarms went off. I looked through my cart and saw Beef Jerky that I didn't remember scanning. We went back and scanned/paid for it and...no alarms. So, is everything chipped now? Or did the AI know what I forgot to scan?

Idk. Usually beef jerky isn’t. I prefer going through a checker not self scan, unless it’s a very small shopping trip w very few items.

Well, in my area, going to a cashier is about the same as self checkout. The Walmart cashiers only scan the items. They don't bag them.
