Happy November everyone! Hope you all did well resisting the Halloween candy! I didn't buy much but we did not have one kid come by!! I sat in the living room all night watching TV with that god-forsaken bowl of candy in the front hall but did not touch it at all. Can't say the same for my husband...I'm packing in all up and taking it to work tomorrow to get it out of the house.
Starting to notice that my pants are not as tight on my waist now and that is a good feeling (physically and mentally). Definitely gives me incentive to keep going. Keeping the food log has been key and I am thankful to FS for this wonderful platform. I only wish that the Android phone version would show net carb totals like the desktop version does. It would make it so much easier for those of us that need to follow this. As you know, there can be quite a difference in total and net carbs. All in all, I am very happy I found this site and all you wonderful people.
