I guess I'm never getting rest again.

TUD I think i messaged you but maybe i forgot (concussion still). I have experienced sleeping difficulties since a child. I started taking 1 tsp ashwaganda powder right before bedtime and im getting better sleep. Hope this helps you. Raising a family and working on no sleep is so exhausting. I feel for you.

5-6hrs has been my normal for the past 5 years. I'm concerned about the REM only being 14-16 minutes. Looks like that could be the cause of my memory problems.

I’ve suffered from insomnia since I was a teenager and I’m 46 now. I’ve had to take prescription medication to sleep more than 2-3 hours a night. Then I had a sleep study done and found that I have restless legs and mild sleep apnea. Got a CPAP now but still only get 4-5 hours of sleep. Might be worth talking to your doctor about it. I know how frustrating and miserable it can be

JenWoo, thanks. Another 4.2hrs sleep again last night. Insomnia sucks. I can fall asleep now, but I can't stay asleep. I am using my CPAP/APAP. However, It actually wakes me up. I fall asleep on my back and I'm fine. It's when I roll over during sleep that causes my machine to whistle and wake me. I'm at 6700ft elevation and my problems began when I moved here. Last year, we went to Disney and my sleep was great for those 8 days at sea level. I didn't even bring my machine.
