Did a great job logging last week, then skipped it this weekend. We were out of town for a cheer comp and eating out... it was too much. I did my best to make healthy choices (kale side and grilled nugs at Chick fil a for instance) but I tried not to stress about it. For the most part I know what I'm putting in my mouth and how the macros work out. I am trying to walk that thin line between being too obsessive and too reckless.

Trying to motivate myself to the gym but I'm fighting a major cheer hangover. Maybe when the kids are home from school one will want to go with me? My daughter has a (male) friend who been asking her to go with him so I'm hoping she'll take that bait!

Overall, I'm still working. One of the cheer dads came up and told me I was getting skinny. He said he wasn't sure if it was ok to say... we are all so conditioned not to comment on weight these days! (Which I think is great, though it does make me wonder if anyone is noticing!) I told him he can always tell me I'm getting skinny! 😂

Hoping to hit 50 pounds lost by the end of the year. Just a few more weeks to go!
