Some days I will weigh myself in the morning when I wake up, and then decide that I won’t eat or drink anything else until I’ve lost another .2 to .8 pounds. .2 to .4 usually doesn’t take very long, just at most an hour. .8 can be more challenging, but it’s doable for a longer period, and I have to be in the right mindset to go for that or more. But those small additional increments of weight loss can add up over time.
