Rough week. Had a catered lunch on Wednesday, then out to dinner with friends Wednesday night. Lovely Chinese restaurant and tried to eat small portions and did not take home any of the leftovers, but still too many calories and carbs. Need to do more walking as well. Oh well, I'm owning up to it...
