day 3 back on gluten-free. already feeling less bloated and not wanting to eat everything. I'm going to try to journal often to keep track of how I feel to remind myself when I feel tempted. there are q ton of gf snacks to go to when want a treat abd I have to remember that.

Ginger and fennel are also good for bloat if that's a problem also increasing potassium and magnesium can help the body naturally reduce bloat.

No worries learned about ginger and fennel when pregnant had lots of digestive issues and I've been researching potassium and magnesium lately for muscle spasms and found that out cocenidence. 😊
