So my boyfriend just doesn't get that I'm serious about losing weight. He was waving taco bell under my nose. Smh. He probably didn't mean anything by it, he just wanted me to eat. But I definitely didn't want that food. So I didn't have any, even though I kinda wanted to. And then, his sister made this cheesy, egg and sausage thing that smelled really good, but I kept myself from asking for some cause it was late. I am proud of my food choices today. I just got to remind myself to keep it up!

Awesome! I think I'm finding the best thing for me to do is always have something healthy you can eat so you never have to be hungry. I think feeling super hungry you can only resist for so long!

way to stay true to YOU! sometimes I wonder about our loved ones... My mother in law was always saying things and trying to get me to eat, talking about bread and pasta etc...I finally told her i didn't appreciate her lack of support and it stopped.

Great job! I think you once mentioned your BF could lose a little weight, too. Sometimes people get a little jealous when we start having the motivation to change, or he may think if you lose weight and become attractive you will leave him...do not let anyone sabotage your goal of good health!
