Weigh in yesterday could have been worse, but I was disappointed nonetheless. Until the last couple of days, I had done very well, staying within my calorie range. I also had been consistently walking. Trying not to let discouragement set in...Still having that bowel issue. Finally gave in and took a laxative this morning. Sorry if this is TMI, but I'm sure I'm not the only one that has this issue when dieting. You would think eating healthy would be welcomed by your body. I guess it is rebelling against the changes!

Are you eating low carb? You may want to try magnesium tablets - maybe two tablets before bed. Sometimes that helps. and drink 96 ounces or more of water every day.
