Yelena'sNewLife's Journal, 25 September 2023

Hello, everybody. How are you all? I am back with you. Sorry. I'm struggling with my leg. Doing some exercises, walking, for a moment not far, but with the stroller, it's a little bit helps. My weight is going up and down as my leg swells up several times per week. This swelling adds to the weight. But I am on the mend. Each day, my knee can do something more things. I need to be patient with myself, not pushing myself. Still, I am positive. 😊

Thank you, Nadia. Just I want to progress. But it is always something in my way. Leg and covid again 3 weeks ago 🤨. I can see a goal of my 2nd stage ( which is 90 kg. Now I am around 95 kg with inflammation in my leg ). 5 kg !!!!!! 😬 Only 5 kg till my goal will be reached. But overall, I did not too bad. My weight used to be 120 kg.

You have my sympathies. I am currently recovering from a fractured patella. I have let a few comfort foods in, but haven't done too much damage to my weight. I've started tracking my food again today. Good luck with your recovery.

Hello Yelenasnewlife, how are you? I have read your post firstly thank you for your wonderful support. I am in the same boat too with awful pain. I have two of the same tablets at night ( not sure of the name as I've ran out) but when I know I will tell you. ( don't bother with them they are no good. Not sure what to suggest as we are suffering the same way. What I di know is the more I walk and use my exercise bike the better they become. When I retire I am going swimming and I to will be doing step aerobics etc. I find the more you D othe better ones legs become. Hope I have helped a little bit. Merry Mel 😍

Hi, Mel! Thank you for your suggestions. I am after the op. At the moment can do some walking. Before each walk talking some morf for my pain. Also, after the op I have more neuropathic pain on my leg and part of the leg still feels numb. I lived with pain half of my life, I am not afraid of it. But sometimes it is leg pain, backpain, headache, aching in the bones( everything at once ). Than it is gets more difficult to endure. Eating habits also jumping all over the place ( or I am very good in my healthy food choices, or gets really eating everything what I can find in the fridge). I do exercises from the physiotherapist. Hopefully there will be a progress.
