Wow - I don't like the erosion of tooth enamel. I have nice white teeth and want to keep them that way! 

I take a tbs twice a day before big neals and watch for problems. It cured my GERD.  

The instructions I've read say to dilute it and even then, drink it through a straw, so that it doesn't affect your teeth. I don't, but I do rinse my mouth with pure water if I drink an ACV drink. 

BRAGG makes ACV in capsule form. Don’t buy ACV as a gummy— not effective.. There may be other reliable brands, but Bragg is the only brand I have validated. 

I had a coworker who takes acv daily for more than a year and her body smell was eeewie 😷it was worst when she sweats. She lost some weight but her teeth turned brownish. 

PinayRN she was detoxing from it teeth was what she was eating and drinking coffee tea berries ext.

Yfritz— I am actually doing just fine. I am so happy that she is no longer suffering. That is what is important. I’m still trying to tie up all the paperwork loose ends and work at getting back into my normal way of eating and living. It has been a very long, grueling 3-4 years and the last 8 months were just hideous. Her “you do you and I’ll do me” philosophy did not serve either of us very well.
