Revising my goals I think. I've been so successful thus far... I'm over a third of the way there already. If I'm 140, my BMI is "normal". My mom thinks I'll look like I've been in a concentration camp at 140. That would be 120 pounds lost. It feels excessive right now, but not unattainable.

She suggested 170...I still think I'll be big. Maybe 160? An even 100 pounds feels like a good loss.

I think you're doing great! How tall are you if you don't mind me asking. I would love to be 170, shooting for 175 for now. I am 5'9." when I was 140, everyone told me I was too skinny! Go with what you want for sure!! You can list to others, but that doesn't mean you have to take their advice! LoL! Best wishes!!

I am 5'4". A healthy BMI for me is 145. I guess I'll see as I lose where I'll stop!
