Hello everybody! I must say I feel quite motivated. I'm trying to behave! You know, I used to weight 246 pounds, and I don't want to go back there, so I'm counting my calories (in spite of my husband telling me I'm obsessed, I know is not that bad :P). My new goal is 143 pounds, so it's 17 pounds to go! Wish me luck :)

I miss talking to people in here, sometimes I feel like no one of my old buddies gets in here anymore. See you!

Hi Laura, I'm at 246 pounds now. I really look forward to hitting the 80's again. It"s hard to stay away from sweet stuff. I am counting carbs but I'm also trying to make sure I don't overdo it with the calories either. So far I haven"t passed 1300cals not 20carbs a day. I am obsessed LOL before I eat something I rush over to fatsecret. Good luck!

I'm the same! Believe me, fatsecret has helped me a lot through my weight loss. Today was rainy and I've been at home all day, I was dying to take something sweet to eat, I'm trying not to pass the 1600 calories a day, it's hard but we can do it! Whenever you want, send me a message :)

Count your blessings ladies... Been doing diet since July 31th started at 351 lbs...a lot of weight to go...lol

That's awesome! I seriously need to work out but I can't find the time! Only at night... maybe I should go jogging right after my baby falls asleep lol
