I have collar bones!!!!!! While I was taking measurements, I happened to notice my reflection in the mirror. When I move my shoulders I have dips and a tiny bit of bone definition touching the skin surface!!! YAY! Getting there! 😍
Measurements: 8/6/23
Bust/Chest - 47 down 1/2 Waist - 42 no change Hips - 52 down 1 Thigh R - 28.5 down 1/2 Thigh L - 28 down 1 Neck - 14.5 down 1/2 Knee R - 21 down 1 Knee L - 21 down 1 Calf R - 16 no change Calf L - 16 no change Bicep R - 14.5 no change Bicep L - 15 up 1/2 Underbust - 39 no change
I never took measurements of my shoulders, but hubby said that my upper arms at my shoulders are more level and smoother looking. I may have to add that one along with my butt, I have never measured it either. He said my butt is less wide and not as flat across as it was.....IDK if that is a complement or not ?!?! I told him it was kinda weird having him watch me measure myself, but he is trying to help! Gotta give him creds for his support! 😍😍
Total measured inches lost this week is 5. Total over-all for the past 8 weeks is Weight - 32 lbs and inches are - 57.5 BMI - from 51.12 down to 45.61 Current Body fat % (estimated) 64%
Still have a long ways to go, I am fairly certain that a lot of this loss is a reduction in inflammation and swelling. I am becoming stronger...I carried groceries up the steps yesterday and did not have to pull myself up with one hand, had groceries in both hands....that is awesome! I'm running behind, did my AG1 but have not eaten yet....we were hunting for a pencil with an eraser, took an hour to find one, it's amazing how one little item can cause you to delay your entire day!!!! Ya'll have a great Day. Be kind to yourself and your loved ones!

LOL! Thanks for the support guys! @Drag Congrats yourself you are killin post vacay catch-up! YOH, he's seeing the results and getting excited for me. When I started back up in June I said "I have got to do something about this weight" He kinda rolled his eyes, like yeah, I've heard that before. But he has been watching me fast while he feeds himself, watching me hit my workout before coffee and I think now he is starting to believe. It's great when someone you love believes in you! @CJ and Babette, thank you! @Johnny I have a thing for necks and graceful shoulders, I want them!! Seeing my collarbones begin to re-emerge really does make me happy!

Debra, my Collarbones are just window dressing, the backs of em aren't there, they were both surgically removed, so they are not attached to my shoulders... both due to misdiagnosis, and poor xray practices.

Ouch Adiposemann! I'm not totally up to date on which bone connects to what, but that seems like it would be quite disabling as far as shoulder support and stability!

Yay for collar bones! And for supportive husbands 🤣 I’ve had very similar conversations with mine, too! 🤣😅

That is a pretty good evaluation Debra, my shoulders love to hyper-extend, so I have to pay attention when I am reaching out for objects... just another in a series of fun adventures. Now ya know why my Physiotherapist used to call me the walking wreck lolol

You had mentioned hyper extension before, I could not quite picture what that would entail, but since a major stabilizer bar is missing from the shoulder support, just like on a car when the stabilizer is broken...it makes the tires wobble in different directions! Not fun! @Annamommy you would think that after 38 years there would be no awkward conversations about....well anything, but we still have our moments 😊
