Diabetic since 2011, here! 🙋🏼♀️ Whenever my BG is high, a 20 min walk will get those numbers down in a jiffy! Also, it gets me out into the fresh air and helps ground me in the present. Win, win!

It's a Samsung active watch which is synced to my phone and connects to Samsung health. IPhone has a similar one just different names.
