Chemgirl, the pasta dish is 576 calories, bread 193 & wine about 300 calories. Cumulatively it was a bit higher calorie, but you could skip the wine or bread & still eat this. I cook 2 oz. each of pasta for Hubby & I. I was up .6 lbs. this morning, but there were several contributors to that. 😊
