Very sad and depressed today. probably going to stress-chew 30 packs of gum so i don't turn to food for comfort.

DL- that sounds lovely, doesnt it? I'm hoping to make it until i get home, I'll have a Trulys by the pool with a friend... that will keep me out of the house and away from the food.

I have been like that a lot lately, and have put on 30lbs in the last year and a half, it only makes you more upset, but it’s a total comfort thing for only the minutes that we are chewing. Stay strong, as I will try too as well.

Are your kids away this week? Perhaps face timing or calling them during a break in the day will also help. Just the smile and laughter from a child can uplift my emotions.
