Very active weekend. Great weather for the triple joy - biking, swimming and walking. I only hope I expended more calories than I took in. I eat so much over the weekend - partly because I drink before dinner on Friday and Saturday and forget why I don't eat whatever I want. So the "be in good spirits" challenge is just what I need. I hope that when it ends I'll be reprogrammed.
