How wonderful you’re friends with your mom. 

tash she's my rock. honestly i couldnt do it without her. she's also my neighbor and i absolutely love it.

kay and cheese, that gives me goosebumps that you are friends/neighbors with your mom. My mom lives 3 blocks away and havent seen/heard from her in a year. she was using us financially and housing wise then we kicked her and her drinkitg problem outta our house. it was like having a high school daughter. shes a major part of my trauma; neglect and abandonment in childhood; she omitted herself from my life for years. cherish the healthy relationship with your mothers! :)

Dazey, allow me to suggest you start attending alanine or family anonymous meetings. Give it at least 6 meetings. Those organizations are about making YOUR life happier, healthier and overall better, it's not about the addict. You may have to try a few different meeting locations to find the right group of people for you. Wishing you the best!❣️
