Feeling good about the weight loss. Following my diet, and there are 1 occasions I cheat.....FRIDAY and its for my spinach and artichoke pizza on whole wheat crust with a piece (size of quarter) praline candy and 2 glasses of wine! Staying focus and trying to not let the stresses of my life jack me up!
