So I have started going to the gym again, after about a month break. I lifted weights and WOW I can sure feel it in my arms. They have been sore for the past couple of days. I think I am just going to stick with cardio for a while lol. My food consumption has been ok..I've been eating a lot of chicken for some reason..i guess cause i love chicken lol. I need to eat more fruits and veggies though. My mom actually has been Raw for over a year(eating only raw fruits and veggies) and she has lost a ton of weight. I would love to follow in her footsteps but I dont know if i have the drive that she has. I like a variety of foods and I just don't know if i could cut out the meats and cheeses and whatever else out of my diet. Well, thats all for now. All of you have a wonderful day!
