I’ve finally lost about 2-3 more pounds but I don’t know where because I can’t really tell a big difference. Finally got to exercise today, first time in 13 days! I do feel doing floors with hubby is exercising too because it can be tiring and strenuous some days. Anywho, I’m just glad I have. Maybe it’s the squats and arm exercises I’m doing along with Zumba that’s helped strengthen my muscles. I try to do squats when putting on makeup and brush my teeth. I know, it’s crazy but try to get stuff in even if I don’t get a chance to exercise!
