I hope everyone had a pleasant weekend. Today is the day we get back on plan and keep striving forward toward our goals. We must not even consider giving up due to minor slips. Giving up is the only way we fail.

Yesterday I went for my scheduled run. It was 60 minutes, 5.25 miles at 11:24/mile pace. It was a little more humid than usual so it was a little tougher. I run in a park called veteran's park so I stopped at the veterans memorial to pay my respects to the local fallen.

Today is a trainer day. It's supposed to rain and storm starting this afternoon. I hope it clears up by tomorrow but we'll have to wait and see.
