Haha, I know it is high for most but the last couple of days were 1050 calorie calzone for breakfast. I'm not one to go very low on calories. I choose to eat and fuel my body so I can push myself in the gym. I maintain 187lbs at 3800 calories daily.

I couldn't even do Keto, 10% carbs, at my intake. It would be about 95g of carbs. Yikes. I can do about 200g though without an issue.
