The craziest week and didn’t get to exercise till today!! I ate more than I should have. I have eaters remorse!! I feel like I’m losing motivation and I guess ppl usually do a couple of months after starting. This isn’t a “new year resolution”! I started before Christmas and I can tell a difference in the strength I have gained back but I guess I would have lost a little more by now but I guess I have to consider my age too but dammit I will not age gracefully!! I will keep going I just hope I get my mojo going, get into a routine better! It’s hard when you help do floors then get home around 4 then have to cook etc…
