I leave tomorrow for another 4k mile road trip to Philly. Diet will be crap the next 9 days. Hopefully the hotels will have a fitness center so I don't lose all of my gains.

I used to travel constantly for work and stayed thin by eating salads for lunches and simply grabbing fresh fruit and yogurt from the hotel continental breakfasts. Dinner can just be a piece of fish and veg like asparagus or green beans. Snacks, if you have the caloric room for them (exercise?), can be a sleeve of nuts or a piece of fruit. There are always better options than fast food joints. Stay strong physically AND mentally, @Daddy!

You are so right! My husband travels a lot for work and it is not always easy to find the right food to eat. A lot of places anymore have limited items on the menu or things are brought in so it is a daily constant struggle. Then you have the fitness gym becasue most of the time the dumbells stop at 35# and you may get 50# if lucky! Good luck!
