I know that when it comes to a lot of things, the way I think can improve or destroy my potential. With trying to still lose the weight, tone my body and eat healthy, I still have a struggle that goes on in my mind. I've learned that if I think more positive and clearer, things won't be so stressful. Now that I'm about to be in my mid-20's, I need to make sure I know how to live and how to deal with stress. I want a healthy mindset and therefore will help me to have a healthy body. Here's a link to an article for anyone who needs some inspiration: Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway.

Thanks for inspiration!!! We all need it, sooner or later....and most of us need it EVERY DAY. Will read article soon, but even this quote, just by "itself" gives us (me) soooo much to think about...Let us do all that we possibly can to encourage each other AND to "harness" the incredible power of our mind to work "with us" instead of giving in to fear, or anger, or frustration...OR even boredom....Keep on Keeping on, Buddy and thanks so much for sharing with us!!!!!!!!!!!

You said it well, SuccessThisTime! We need to use the power of our mind more to work with us versus letting our mind over flood us with worries and leading us into frustration which then causes anger. Thanks for your support!

OK...NOW I have read the article...great article and esp. the summary...I'm sure the book is an EXCELLENT read, but for all of you who think...I don't have time to read a book...LOL (but one of the MOST transformational things a person can do)...then go read this article and put the "summary" in a place where you can get back to it...Thanks to you Meohmy...for the recommendation AND for being a GREAT buddy!!!!!!!
