half of the arms getting tired so quick was probably not having the skills yet with your footwork and that takes time to learn. the othe rhalf the most effective thing to do at home would be to get a pull up bar and do pulls ups e erytukw you walk past it. if you. ant do a pull up yet which most people can't you can use resistance band to help give you. a boost up or jump up and just try to lower yourself down as slowly as possible. grip strength, forearms and back strength are the biggest upper body stuff to focus on and you can train all of those with pull ups
