Jane Robbin's Journal, 16 February 2023

I went up to 45 days and then, I started eating a few more cabs, I am still doing IF, but you can only just eat meat for just so long. I am still sticking to the correct way of eating, just more carbs. I miss orange juice and vegetables, not so much fruit. I will weigh myself tomorrow and see what this last week has done. I feel good, but not in bondage to only meat. I like variety, the other way just bores my pallet.

You probably miss vegetables because your body is crying out for them. Vegies are one of the most important foods the body needs for good health.

Correct me if I'm wrong Jane Robbins you didn't eat vegetables for 45 days just mostly meat?
