I've done pretty good this week. Not so much at tracking my foods, but I'm more aware of things this week. I haven't had fast food at all, which is a big feat for me, and I only have a Coke at lunch during the work day. I used to have a coke from the machine at least three times a day. Now I fill my weight watcher cup with ice water and drink it through out the day. I have my coffee for breakfast and a bowl of cereal. And I've been packing my lunch. I weigh myself too often so I'm going up and down a lot in my weight. So, note to self, stop getting on the scale so much!
