I didn't weigh myself today! I weigh myself at the same time everyday, but today I completely forgot, then didn't want to know, the forgot again! I'm going to be okay with this. I am a bit disappointed in my not really sticking to my diet yesterday. I skipped lunch (bad move) because I knew I was going to dinner. I had a 'real' meal with turkey, potatoes, squash, stuffing and I enjoyed it. So there! Back on track today and will assess the damage tomorrow.
In the meantime, I'm making a nice soup in the crockpot that smells yummy. Happy Monday everyone!
