Continuing the carnivore and IF, the weight is coming off slowly, which is good. Today i go out to eat, so it will be a challenge, the restaurant is not something I like so that is a plus. lol. I was sitting wrong and rehurt back, but not very much. I have to buy a back protector pillow for my chairs.
I did not eat very much, tried some of a few things in the buffet, but could not just sit and not eat, I was being charged for it. I did get chicken as my protein, they didn't have much meat, mostly noodles and rice dishes. I am not concerned over what I ate, it will be fine.
