Kinda discouraged this morning. I went up a few pounds now back down to 164. I’m sore from exercising. I think there’s a small change but wanted to see it in my weight too. I’m determined so of course I’ll keep going.

Our weight can fluctuate for so many reasons. If you're staying on plan, that drop will come, so hang in there.

That’s what I’m hoping for is that my muscles are getting stronger and of course muscle weighs more then fat. I’m not giving up because I have to make a change. Thanks for the support. I need it.
