Frustrated this morning. I couldn’t do my ab work out challenge because I pulled or tore an ab muscle down low. I took the last 2 days off but it hurts! I couldn’t do anything because it feels tore. I did this about a month ago on my left side and gave it a couple of days but here I am again. I guess this shows how out of shape I am.. don’t think I’ve ever hurt myself like this down that low.. I may try again tomorrow or Sunday or just wait till Monday and just do Zumba… I don’t know!!!
