Omg talk about depressing!!! I was going through my old weigh journal and when I started in 2010 I wasn’t in bad shape!!! The last 2 years is where I have weighed more then I ever have!!🥺 now I’m depressed!! I don’t know what happened!! I just hope I can get this in control. I don’t want to be a skinny mini but back to 140-145 I just want to be back in shape and healthy especially for my kids.
