I cannot seem to get the scale to move, even though I am doing more movement!! It sure is depressing!! I should just go and have my jaws wired or sewn shut. One day down and then back up.

Well are you measuring yourself sweetie? does your clothes seem to fit better? do you have more energy? these are some signs that tell you are on the right track on your journey to feeling better.
I have lost over 4 inches since I began in March and that has been my motivator not that stupid scale.. it does lie and can get under your skin but don't let it..just ignore it.. And maybe weigh just once a week and go by your instincts what your body tells you not that mean scale.
Heres tons of hugs your way buddy..feel better and PM me if you just want some one on one support.

Read a great article this morning on stalls and plateaus. Said that a true stall or plateau occurs usually after 4 weeks of no change. I don't know how long you have waited. Me, I am frustrated as well and it has only been 7 days! Listed the following factors as possible causes:
1. Carb level too high
2. Hidden carbs
3. Undereating
4. Overeating
5. Lack of exercise
6. Not drinking enough water
7. Medications
8. Food allergies and intolerances
If you are interested in the article, please PM me and I will send you the website address. It didn't mention anything about wiring one's jaw shut so I probably wouldn't do that:)
