Tweaked a neck muscle at the gym yesterday. It wasn't until after the workout that it got so bad that I can barely move my head. Slightly better this morning but it's looking like a rest day for me.

I've learned to stretch every morning while still in bed. I have tweaked muscles getting up to go to the bathroom, while washing my hair, and stirring a pot on the stove. Just absolutely stupid stuff. Since I've incorporated the morning stretches, I haven't pulled anything (3 years now). So at least yours happened while doing something intentional and worthy. At least the World Cup is going on so you stay entertained on the couch. Hope it heals quickly!🤕

Bananas, I know exactly how that is. Twice in the past year I have pulled a muscle. Once was showering and the other was cutting a steak on the counter!

The bathroom and kitchen are the most dangerous places in the house 🙃

I did the same thing about two months ago. He gave me some stretches and exercises to do daily. I have seen a lot of improvement but I still follow the doctor's orders to minimize pain. My headaches stopped after two weeks. I feel your pain...
