Firequeen, this was my first attempt. I just searched online for recipe and modified it. This was 92g egg whites (2 servings), 20g all purpose flour, and 10g pure whey isolate. 162 cals, 0.3g fat, 15g carb, 21g protein.
Just blend ingredients and pour into pan like a crepe. Takes 5mins.

Okay, I just made the same recipe again. Seems fine for folding but doesn't quite have the ability to wrap like a burrito. My skillet doesn't allow for burrito size and they end up about 10" but slightly fluffy.
I think decreasing the egg whites will help to decrease the fluff. I will decrease from 92g to 80g and see what happens. Also, pinch of salt in the mix and spray your non-stick skillet with cooking spray. If you don't add the 10g whey isolate, I think adding 5g more flour is equivalent for consistency.
If anyone comes up with a better modification, please let me know. I'm also thinking of adding spinach to get some more micronutrients. Homemade is healthier than prepackaged store bought.
