Failed multiple days in a row with eating. And today is date night which will be an expected fail. Monday could show maintenance or a gain this week. Blah

Shit happens hope date night went well. Sending these calipers back to Amazon with the 3 point it said I was 5 percent and with the 7 point 4.6 what a bunch of crap that's not even close

ok now I dont know whether to cry or scream I took some digital calipers and tried to measure the opening on the Amazon calipers to see how far off they were and they are pretty friggin close wtf I just watched multiple YouTube videos and It looks like I'm doing this correctly

I don't have fancy digital ones. I know the kind that I have can be calibrated incorrectly. I haven't messed with my new calipers but plan to the next few days.

could I really be close to that low and I just have a shit load of extra skin from when I was super fat years ago ? that has been my fear this entire time was getting to a certain point and extra skin being the issue. but up until now I didn't think I was even close to that point yet. there's no way this can be right that's like thw kind of body fat levels bodybuilder set to to go on stage and I do t what anything near that look. more confused than ever now guess thus just can't be right is the rela answer

Thanks, Diablo. I only ate about 5k cals but scale went up 3lbs. It should come back down over the next few days. And I'll work on burning those extra calories this week.

OTB, the 7 site should be pretty accurate if you follow the tutorial and plug in the numbers. You can't do your scapula, axillary or chest yourself. Maybe your helper isn't reading it correctly? Idk what you look like today but anything below 10% should have you pretty vascular. Also, do it in the morning before working out. Go through all 7 sites then go through them again and average the 2 sets. Then plug numbers in. Others say it is the sum of all 7 but that doesn't work for me because I'm certainly not 30%.

Yeah it's all just loose skin I measured multiple times now and even measured the caliper opening with another set of accurate non body fat measuring calipers to test their accuracy my body fat is stupid low I'm so angry right now

OTB, you and I could have some loose skin issues. I haven't worried about that until now. You are freaking me out. Haha. I didn't think I was that big or that old to have a loose skin issue. I'll be pretty devastated if I can't get rid of it. In my case, I think it is just stubborn fat around navel to chest and some back fat. I will re-evaluate and possibly throw in the towel after another 4-5lbs come off. BTW, I didn't notice loose skin in your pics. Maybe others can help out with their thoughts.

I'm not going to lie I truely am devastated even the naval area measurement the highest I could get was 7 mm I knew I had loose skin its not super noticable when im standing but when I bend over or sit it flops all over and hangs all over i thought there was still a bunch of fat behind it pushing it out but apparently there isn't

Well, crap. That's not what I want to hear. What are our options then? Either liposuction or get big bulky abs so they pop? Or maybe in another 6 months the skin could tighten?

Tummy tuck. I used to work in a surgical center and that was the second most popular procedure for men (first: their jowls pulled up).

Just want to say I'm greatful that this whole thing happened I truely didn't realize how far I was driving myself down even though I was experiencing alot of the unwanted side effects of having such a low body fat percentage I had blinders on to all the loose skin. It really sucks but I would much rather be in the spot of knowing then not knowing.

Well, now you can enjoy some Halloween candy! I really think you will be happy if you choose to do a slow bulk. I'll be following for support and many others are on here to lift you up on bad days like this. You may not be able to check off the abs goal just yet. However, a bulk will help you crush some of your other goals. Stay positive and keep pushing it. I bet a lot of the loose skin will tighten up in 6 months to a year. You aren't that old and you weren't super large.

OTB, I'm not sure if you just went private or are deleting your account. I hope you get back on track soon. I was pretty devastated when I found out that I would never have my right bicep again. I got stuck in a funk for a long time. I don't think your issue is permanent. However, I do understand your disappointment. I wish you luck and know you can continue to succeed in your fitness goals.
