So today I hope to get up and do
Dance with Julianne Cardio Ballroom and some stretching. It's pretty difficult to do the workout on carpet, but it's just more motivation for me. I'm feeling pretty sore, so I'm going to try to take it easy. I'm going to try and make sure I keep good portion sizes and try not to stress as much as I usually do.
