2 Big 2 Fail's Journal, 10 March 2015

Fasting today. Never attempted it before but I'm not giving up my black coffee because I don't need the head aches.

Early man had days without food so I guess I call this my Paleo diet. No kills today.

I have back-up fruit available at work just in case my sugar level drops and I start feeling dizzy.

I started thinking about it. If I fast 1 day a week that's a 15% decrease in caloric intake. It sound logical but I'm wondering if my body will just adjust and start storing more fat on the other 6 days.
