That sounds great! I did a similar meal tonight. No mixed greens, just had iceberg lettuce, but did a flat iron steak on the foreman grill and roasted some bell peppers, zucchini and summer squash, and baby red potatoes in the oven. I threw in some heirloom tomatoes and a Tbsp of ranch. Next time I want to make a vinagrette. I marinaded the steak with herbs, oil and red wine vinegar and it turned out quite delicious. How did you season your steak?

Gripperda, I used Worcestershire & Montreal Steak Seasoning on the steak. Hubby cooked it on the grill a couple of days ago. I reheated this piece in the oven in a covered iron skillet.
