Still stuck at same weight for more than 2 weeks now but I'm taking it all in stride. As the hubby points out, it took years for me to gain it so why would I expect anything less to lose it? As usual, he is supportive in his own quirky way. :) I look up to him and consider him a weight expert though I'm pretty sure genetics is also largely at play. He has same weight as the day I met him 20 years ago and haven't seen him fuss about weight, exercise or diet or anything of that sort ever. Anyway, the hubby did offer an advice to keep things as is (say for the next 2 weeks) and try to observe whether weight would still be same and then try to adjust from there. Did I mention his is very logical?

Happy Chinese New Year! Take it slow with the dim sums and moon cakes.

Your body will catch up! If you want to shake things up, review what you're doing and see if there's a lingering cause for the slow down, like pop or carbs. I have a husband who eats chips, cookies and our all the time and he's natural around 15% body fat. I wanna rip his tonsils out when he's eating junk and I'm eating cucumber slices lol

One thing to try if you don't already is to shake up what you eat for breakfast. I've done that recently eating protein one day (say eggs) and a serving of oatmeal or other cereal on other days . It didn't start as a plan but just felt like what I wanted that day. Good luck!

Good advice. Thanks all! Maybe that's it... not really a breakfast person so would often go out without one. I'll try something protein heavy like egg whites. I love running so my diet lends toward carbs but will try to cut back on it.

I have no idea if it will help but I've been switching mine up with eggs, oatmeal with fruit, a small bowl of grits with a tiny amt of "butter" (American south here) and sometimes toast with peanut butter and sliced bananas. Just don't lose hope!!!!!
