Did best effort to eat healthy and exercise more (but did cheat a couple of times) but needle didn't budge but rather went up instead - not much but considering I reasonably put an effort, seeing it went up can be disappointing.
A small reality hit me and I'm resigned that I'm not getting any younger and it's taking harder to shed pounds off... And if I really want to be fit again, I just have to put more discipline and effort into it.
On the positive front, my fitness level has gone up, sleeping better and skin has cleared. I logged 14 miles this week and looking forward to log 16 next week...
... and will try to keep away from small, sinful treats but know what? In case I can't help it, I won't even stress!
