Am encouraged. Haven't had much gluten in almost 2 weeks! No breads, pasta, cereal, cookies, pies, cakes, anything that has wheat or flour...makes a difference. No taters, peas, or corn. Didn't realize how much of that stuff I was eating! Also trying not to eat any processed foods. This is hard to do!

It's hard not to eat those carbs as the breads are my weakness, it does get easier though if you put your mind to it and you start to see the weight dropping. You can do it, stay strong the reward is worth it.
