Well I went to WI knowing that I couldn't have any expectations of losing because it would just be depressing then if I didn't... well it's a good thing because I'm up .2. Thankfully that's almost not worth mentioning but sadly it's not a loss either.
Here goes another week of lots of exercise and trying to figure out the right amount of food to eat to make sure it's not too little and not too much.
