Didn't get to eat dinner. Took brother to hospital and sat in ER for 6 hours until we got him admitted. Not a way to diet, but got back to 191. Should do better today. They said last night just keeping him for the night. We will see!! They are keeping Les. He is now quartined. They think he has the flu. Didn't eat all my supper-kept some for lunch tomorrow-was full!!
